its not that i dislike him having a round face in my style. but it just. doesnt look like yoshiki anymore when i draw him with certain expressions and face shapes and hair shapes...

i guess the thing is.. his design is pretty basic. so if u just change his face shape, ur actually changing a lot.

i feel a little bad cuz the more i draw him, the less unique-looking his face gets. it's getting slimmer and more close to his canon look. i feel like i am betraying my own art style, but i love his canon look so much that i wanna revert to it... i am conflicted.
