Not sure you can really call him (my MP, unfortunately) a moderate. One of the last in the bunker with Boris, then team Truss. He seems more of a “go along with whatever seems career-advancing at the moment” kind of guy.
What he wrote is a total disgrace of course, but in-character.

I suppose there are some plugins that do things very specific to music production with not many obvious applications in sound design - maybe something like Vocal Rider or mastering plugins.
Probably harder to think of examples in the other direction?
And everything can be abused creatively so… 🤷‍♂️

So true. Not right for every situation but having a bit of game capture or a build running live that you can drop in to hear a bit of relevant audio context behind what you’re working on can help with this. At least for a quick impression of what pops or disappears.

True and related to this other issue for the adulting-afflicted gamer: gaps between plays of a given game too big to remember the combos and nuances of control required to be any good.

When my eldest daughter was a baby I recorded her playing with toys for a creepy nursery kinda thing. Our cat walked past her and she said “cat!” - her first word.
