Asian cucumber salad, garlic ginger seared chicken, refried rice, and shrimp poke. Left the chili flakes out of the salad because kiddo and Robyn are not a fan of spice.

I made shrimp poke (house made), and tuna poke (Costco, pretty good)and jasmine rice and house ginger pickles and house peppered herbed pickles.
Shrimp poke was mango, avacado and white onion with house chili peanut sauce, soy, magi sauce, a splash of Frank's Red hot and a twist of lime.

Basil risotto with bacon, carrot, onion, and broccoli, topped with house made vodka sauce, garlic butter seared bay scallops and shrimp paired with fish stock sauteed red onion, carrot and garlic.
