He's a campaigner and imo that is a very different beast to a political strategist. I'd love to see the receipts of the paper trail that led to the Winter Fuel decision.

Gunnersbury schedule includes SOHO house festival - literally a VIP event in a public park, & the park has been licensed to a CIC by the council who they then allow to exploit the park. Conflict of interest & undemocratic imho.

It's out of control at Gunnersbury park. 96 event days over summer including out and out raves & a Drum n Bass event. It's about scale and numbers. They claim 600k ploughed back in but that goes into restoring heritage buildings - the park is damaged irreversibly in the process.

My local park in W London is wonderful - until it effectively becomes a music concert venue for 3 months over the Summer - justified because it raises money. Privatisation of green spaces is a big issue here. Parks are so important for wellbeing.

Only as it pertains to the equalities act Such shoddy reporting on this decision. Just backing up the aspirational aims of those who funded the action. It's far less consequential than implied.
