He has breached it, for sure. But he’s not the first President to do so. America’s system of government is dead when it can no longer fight back.

It would be dead if a President tossed out the Constitution and made a new one. Sen. Menendez and Rep. Santos violated the Constitution, and were removed. Trump was convicted of 34 felonies (!!!), but no constitutional violations (yet). For now, the Constitution still works, so it’s not dead.

It would be dead if a President tossed out the Constitution and made a new one. Sen. Menendez and Rep. Santos violated the Constitution, and were removed. Trump was convicted of 34 felonies (!!!), but no constitutional violations (yet). For now, the Constitution still works, so it’s not dead.
