I saw veteran New Orleans jazz / funk band Galactic last night in DC. The 9:30 Club was packed! It was great to see such a large audience for music that was influenced by '60s soul, '70s funk, even modern hip-hop. They are touring with vocalist Anjelika "Jelly" Joseph, who... 1/2
