Plus like, usually whatever comes to Sydney and Melbourne also comes to Brissy haha. So I feel like I’m getting good city culture without it feeling overwhelming.

I was in rural NSW all last year, so me and my partner just randomly picked Brisbane to try, for me it’s easy to work anywhere as a nurse haha
The river is beautiful, foodie culture is great, I like the permanent 50c public transport fares, love being close to Sunny Coast and hinterlands. :)

Don’t ask how I got to this thread lmao, but I moved to Brissy in August and fell in love with it. :) slowly getting used to the heat, but I find it more beautiful and interesting than Sydney/Melbourne.
