If this is true then the best case scenario for a trans woman is to pass and use the women’s restroom, completely disregard the guidance

if I visit the UK and someone “reasonably thinks I’m a ~biological male~” they first ask to see my birth certificate, which says female, so if they still don’t believe me they take me to a back room and ask if I have a GRC
… but I’m American. I don’t have a GRC. What happens then?
