Depends how much "anthro" you want in an anthromorph. Owls aren't in the category of birds with phallus (that would be the ratites and galliformes) but you could give him one anyway 🤷‍♀️

Just be careful, body paint may not be allowed in theaters. I remember there was a kerfuffle when wicked came out and theaters were turning away people with green skin
