Just because I am pretty good at communicating, explaining and expressing my issues does not mean that I am "doing great". Just because I'm considered relatively intelligent by proffessionals does not mean that I am able to utillize that. I am a mess on disability pension (perm fixed income)..

I honestly just get a severe rash every time I see or hear people grading Autism. Either you're Autistic or you're not. Just because it *appears* mild to other people, does not mean that it isnt experienced as something much more severe and life impairing than that.

That is because Autism is a *spectrum* and not something linear. There is no "mild" or "severe" Autism. Aspergers IS Autism. Just 1 form of it. It has been merged into 1 umbrella diagnosis because of prejudices and misconceptions about the indiviual types and "severity".

That is because Autism is a *spectrum* and not something linear. There is no "mild" or "severe" Autism. Aspergers IS Autism. Just 1 form of it. It has been merged into 1 umbrella diagnosis because of prejudices and misconceptions about the indiviual types and "severity".

Well, I guess thats a matter of definition. I dont doom scroll YT like ppl zap through their tv channels.. Youtube is 1 platform where I follow a select few news related channels and a few Podcasts. The rest is content creators from 1 specific game.

I dont even have a TV, and admittedly I know more about whats going on across the pond than in my own country. The only streaming services I pay for is Spotify and Youtube Premium. I dont need an overflow of irrelevant content and those 2 meets most of my needs.

Exactly! Some of us do "keep up with" whats going on though, simply because of the threats Trump has made about Greenland and his very obvious attempt at rearranging world order.

Actually, basic TV packages does not include any american TV channels. Sure, you can get channels like Nat Geo, Cartoon Network and so, but far from everyone subs to those. I have made a deliberate choice to stream NBC News Now on YT, because of the threats the spray tan man keeps making.
