Scotus has no authority over the Constitution. Soldiers can only interpret the Constitution's meaning.

Isn't the Civil Rights Act protected under the Title 7 Employment law as well as the 13th 14th and 15th Amendments of a Constitution? Wouldn't this make Trump's DEI and Civil Rights executive order revocation unconstitutional? How would he simply be able to revoke this without 2/3s of Congress?

Will there be any lawsuits filed to challenge the revocation of the Civil Rights Act? I'm seeing legal challenges for the EO on deportation and the Birthrights Act, but I'm not seeing any legal challenges regarding the EO on DEI and the Civil Rights Act?
