And it's important to put our efforts into our own communities. I take nonperishables to a local school's food barrel. I go to local marches. I talk to my neighbours in my very diverse neighbourhood.

They really are. I shop at WinCo, which is a little better, but things are UP overall.

Every time I go grocery shopping I'm getting bags of beans and rice, plus cans of tuna, for our local food bank. It's going to be tough out there.
