My state in Australia provides this to 12/13 year olds at school because it is most effective before being sexually active.
HPV vaccine is free and recommended for all between 12 and 25 years of age and is a one dose vaccine. 26 and over, and immuno compromised children is a 3 dose vaccine.

It looked bad. The proportions were all out. I think everyone was told not to let on how it actually tasted so it looked like a closer result.
