It’s unlikely to be a priority in AAA. Compression is a trade, it makes the data smaller but accessing it slower. Most AAA are built to run on high end machine where hard drive is unlikely to be the limit. But if you want to hear very neat tricks about data packaging, ask mobile dev.

Can’t wait for all my wholesome bots to move here as well. At least no toxicity problem in my feed yet.
