Carlos is the ONE character I wanted and I literally cannot get him unless I give them actual $$ multiple times
it isn't even that P2W because there's no *real* PvP, it's like CRK's where you just send up to 5 dudes at each other, but it's such an egregious cash grab that it genuinely pisses me off

Ada can only be bought with points, Jill is package exclusive, Carlos is through a premium BP and Leon is ??? event??
there's an event going on right now for Leon's mats and *only* the top 10 or 20 people in the ranking get them; day 2 of the event has been impossible unless you fork out cash

I don't even mind that it turned into a base-builder FB game clone, I really don't, but you literally don't have access to any of the other Legendary characters unless you spend $$

tho I AM happy to see the other UBCS members (minus Nikolai tho I genuinely don't know if they'll add him since, uh, not a Good Dude to have in this environment) it's good to see Tyrell and Mikhail *and* Murphy even tho we literally saw him alive for 10 seconds--
