To be good enough at fiber arts to make a living off of it is the dream. Reality is me sitting in the backseat of my car on my lunch, powering through projects for my nieces.

Good news is Rumi wigs are almost done for their Kpop DH sing-a-long event. Just need to rebraid and add the gold beads.

I don't need or want endless wealth, I just want enough money to not worry about bills or my housing and just make fun fiber projects.

Sidenote, nieces Halloween hats are done.

There is a spice in this Kinders spice blend that tastes like fruit loops. I thought I was going crazy but no, it distinctively fruit loop flavored. What are you!?

My pup woke me at 2am to go outside. He's turning 15 in March, so it's not uncommon these days. But, now I'm wide awake as I've been watching the time creep closer to 4. Shouldn't matter since it's Saturday, but I have obligations today I'd prefer to be alert for. Sigh, I do love him dearly.

Deep cut from my high-school life that stuck with me is The Banned and The Banished series.

Did I stay up too late? Yes. Was it worth it? Also, yes.

The start of the first project of 2025 and my first pattern-less adventure is coming together, and I'm so happy with how it's going. @thebehemoth.com plushie Blacksmith progress update.

Will do! Bet I can mess around with this pattern to accomplish it (xmas gift I just finished for niece)

Been a rough couple weeks but saw a small excerpt on Tumblr (the first verse) and was overwhelmed with the needed to expand it into a full poem. #hope #poetry #writing

The conversation about the left distancing itself or removing people from right from their social circles, and the right shouting "I thought the left was the party of tolerance!" Makes this infograph come to mind.
