I have finally finished Yakuza PS2. I can definitely say...the remake is an okay replacement. Theres of course already benifits and cons to both, but I think for casual fans Kiwami is ok unless they ever release an actual Remaster (in english) instead of remake of the original PS2 games

I'm currently re-100%ing Yakuza on all original platforms (besides emulating the PS2 ones for retroachievements) chronologically and including japanese only games+remasters+remakes cause im insane, but getting to this screenshot was crazy

I'm glad the X-Change physical complete edition included the classic versions of all the games because I hate when games with a nice UI are remade in Ren'Py and given the most generic ass UI you've ever seen it just feels like it looses character by doing that
