I saw a similar argument going around in regards to HP Lovecraft’s work. He was a known white supremacist, and spoke in favor of Hitler early in his political career. Though Lovecraft has been dead for over 80 years, and can’t continue to spread his bigotry.

They spread a rumor that the strike was over because of something they found on Reddit. Pretty much every VA under the sun is saying that Reddit is full of strike misinformation. And this occurred pre the Kinich recast controversy. They also use an AI voice in their videos.

Please DO NOT get any information from this creator! They’ve personally been called out by Corina Botteger for spreading misinformation about the strike along with making content exploiting their disability.

Oh, that’s interesting as I’m not familiar enough with Paradox to know that’s a common issue. I just know that it made waves because one of the original developers for the franchise who is no longer apart of EA/Maxis worked on it.

Early Access for Paralives is supposed to happen this year. I also think they’re treading carefully because another potential sims competitor, Life By You, ended up getting cancelled after a string of early access delays.
