Soon Yi in Astoria Oregon was the best sushi surprise of a lifetime. The tuna was mind blowing. Nothing fancy about the atmosphere, and yet, it was humbling to have this level of perfection in a simple setting.

I’ve always made my own cards, especially for the holidays. As well as making gifts from my kitchen is therapeutic and has been a tradition since I’ve been a kid. Who doesn’t love a bag of homemade cookies from a neighbor or friend? Let’s shop less when we can or buy locally.

Decided after the election and feeling down that I needed my Xmas cards to feel positive. Each card is Hand painted with a carved stamp I’ve made. Helps my mood!
