With some very thorough shampooing, conditioner, and a forced dryer, you can see the mats have been forced away from the skin, giving me room to use a 1/2" guard comb and shave out the mats but keep a little length! 🙌🏻

It was a "trust the process" kind of groom. First video shows how the matting was down to the skin before the bath, I would have had to take her pretty damn short if I had clipped first. (Continued...)
