The Buffybot was a lie. I like the fact that once Spike got to be close to the real Buffy, got her trust and respect, he could not settle for a lie anymore.

Spike offered to leave, but Buffy declined. Spike is ready to respect what Buffy wishes as a Slayer/leader—but also listens to what she needs as a woman. Buffy having someone who actually listens to her as an equal and respects her stance/needs is so valuable. (TBC 👇) #Spuffy
