A genius would invent a complete new propulsion system. Using a minimum of any kind of energy while achieving max output

We have solar panels on our house and the electricity production in winter is very low. It would take days to fully charge a car. In winter we sometimes have no electricity production at all.

By the way, people have been working on solar panels on cars for a long time, even on airplanes.
