Really depends where you hang out. VRC has the benefit of having everyone pander to quest users so popular worlds are usually very optimized. Most people in Resonite just don't give a shit. I usually sit around 60 in most worlds but I'm still used to way worse

If you wanna have a feeling about the progress towards shaders just check the progress reports on the custom renderer. Once that's done it won't take long for the popular VRC shaders to have ports or recreations that look identical

If the list is very long (which it probably is) you can also try the strip empty bones button on the component, but it might break stuff by removing too many

If the list is very long (which it probably is) you can also try the strip empty bones button on the component, but it might break stuff by removing too many

There's a mod that makes this a one click process. Otherwise, if the clothes don't require any bones that aren't already on the avatar, you can just go into the clothing and overwrite the bones it references with your avatar's one by one
