Heaven has since turned 21, but she remains missing. Investigators believe she may be a victim of sex trafficking, which may explain why she was in Stockton.

Just three days later, on January 20 around 5 p.m., she was last seen in the 8800 block of Thermal Street, a commercial area of Stockton, California.
