In these scary times we still need to sustain our bodies (souls too).
These cinnamon rolls did just that for me. The dough is sourdough starter based but folded and rolled like biscuits. Making this recipe perfect for Sunday morning breakfast. (Insert buttery cinnamon smells wafting into your home)

This is Bert, he is the beloved sourdough starter that I now parent. Recently the cold in the Midwest has kept me from proofing bread( thanks negative degree weather) That being said I’ve made two batches of cinnamon rolls with him and a round of biscuits.
