Why can't I operate simple household appliances without a mobile phone anymore? What are the advantages of using an app?

I don't see many that are empty because nobody wants them. Somebody will always buy at the right price.

Other houses belong to people in long-term care, prison, deployed overseas etc. These can't be released, but should be registered as such.

I'd also like to see a Compulsory Sale Order for councils to use which would force the sale of properties that are being sat on for whatever reason - often sentimentality in my experience.

We need to address why homes are empty and fix it. If you own property, having a will should be mandatory. This would remove a lot of houses that are lost in probate. Compulsory liquidation of estates after an interval would help.

I worked out what they were for myself but had no idea they were just in Lincolnshire. I thought it was something random from London like usual.
