Have moved from the 'fridge full of stuff not to be eaten as it's for Christmas Dinner' status to 'random selection of Christmas leftovers and cheese' status

The joy of putting the bins out hoping you've got the right evening, to find the neighbours have theirs out as well. Either we're all wrong or it'll be fine 🙂

Pyjamas, nice cup of Barry's tea, dog cuddles. Nice end to the day.

Had take away tonight and didn't feel guilty like I sometimes do. Fridge was bare, I'd worked late. I have a system now where I have 3 'tickets' for take away a month. Stops any excesses hopefully!

Craving veg tonight so crammed a bowlful down me after yoga

Cold today, so cold about to hunker in the kitchen and cook. A simple tip ,if you don’t know it and you have the space is to leave your oven door open in the kitchen once you’ve done cooking and let the heat warm the room.
