Yeah unfortunately the newer batch Labubu is in poor quality compared to before, becoz apparently they added more manufacturing factories to keep up with the demand. Yours might be coming from one of those new batch and different factory. Sorry it happened to you. 😔

I think you can exchange it if you bring it to the shop you bought it from (assuming you bought it from official popmart store)
