I finally have all my pattern pieces cut out and organized. I need to just trust myself and start the assembly. (Oh, and the dress is for my goose Georgiana. I’m following this pattern.)

My darling boy in 2012 watching the World Series with us. This was our first game that we watched as a family. He and his sister made posters (they couldn’t follow the screen graphics so they used posters to track hits and innings.)

In 2023, a woman who went missing for five days in the Australian Buhland was found alive after surviving for five days on lollipops and wine. Apparently she had driven down a dead end road, and her car caught stuck in the mud.

Rare lunch out with my husband. Margherita pizza and caprese salad with local heirloom tomatoes and white beans. (these are lima beans, right? Just rebranded?) plus a bowl of green olives.
This meal was very good.

It’s alarming how quickly the prices have gone up. This was yesterday at Trader Joe’s, also Choice ribeye.
The ground beef for below this was $12.99 per pound! This time last year that was $5.99
