He died on Memorial Day, a solemn day to remember his legacy.

Under his leadership, Manger oversaw the completion of all 103 Office of Inspector General recommendations following Jan. 6.

ODNI’s mission review will assess the role of its officers working outside the D.C. area—about a dozen in total.
