I thought of Rep. Charlie Rangel this morning and his service during the Korean War.

He led a unit to safety despite being wounded by shrapnel while under siege, earning a Purple Heart and Bronze Star.

He died on Memorial Day, a solemn day to remember his legacy.

ODNI’s mission review will assess the role of its officers working outside the D.C. area—about a dozen in total.
