I had the absolute privilege of spending 2 and a half days in Devon with The West 100 cohort 3 last week. My brain has been in overdrive since and I’m so energised for the year ahead. Even finished with a little beach walk 🫶🏻

I’m interested in linking with anyone who has made the move from teaching in England to Wales in a leadership role. I am very happy in my current school but thinking about my 5/10 year plan. If anyone would be willing to talk a few things through I’d be most grateful
