I forgot how good FALLEN ANGEL(1945) is. Even better on a rewatch! Linda Darnell is indelible, and Dana Andrews is always iconic, but I hadn't remembered how good Alice Faye was in a rare dramatic role, or the great Charles Bickford. A superlative noir!

When I first joined Twitter, the way I found my "people" was by following everyone who had posted something about Barbara Stanwyck, Myrna Loy, Ginger Rogers, Gene Tierney, Sylvia Sidney, Joan Fontaine, Joan Blondell, Rhonda Fleming, etc. I'm doing the same thing again to find my people here! ❤️
