I'd say a high potency DMT as early as possible to curb progression, closely followed by Remyelination, as soon as they work ut a true treatment pathway for it.

Oh god, that sounds awful! Mine was a blurry kind of double vision. I remember having to keep my eyes closed on visits to the hospital to find out what was wrong with me as it was giving me motion sickness. I'd see a lamppost on the roadside, and a phantom exact copy i the middle of the road. Ugh!

Similar story with me. It started off with numbness in my feet that crawled up my body over a week, culminating in essentially going blind. Couldn't read, watch TV, obviously gave up driving. Horrible, scary and an utter nightmare. Fortunately it's transient. Feels like forever at the time, though!
