At some point you can't help but take it kind of personally. Especially with something in the creative field, since yknow, I've been working on this since I was like 8. Kinda wish I was taken seriously.

Can count the number of junior positions I've seen on one hand. Of those, I'd say 75% of them were studios that immediately faced layoffs due to internal politics. Who is to say they actually hired out those positions?
