Cracking the joke no matter the room, remembering that everything we write & do is read by maybe 3 people ( & loving it still!), continuing to see any academic conference as a place for making friends & remembering, there's enough room 4 all of us ❤️

Thank you for the great advice. As a scholar in the Global South, I spent YEARS building my Twitter and have depended on it to a very large extent for putting my work and Scholarship out there, finding information & developing honest, warm networks. It's beyond overwhelming to start again :(
