A large colony of turkey vultures lives across the street from me. Watching them ride thermals is really relaxing.

Oh no... then you must not listen to Trek Untold, which is an incredible podcast. He did an interview with Dooley that was outstanding. It was in that interview where I learned that he wrote a book. I recommend the book, too.

I just listened to this today! Absolutely delightful. It must have been really hard to narrow down to just a few episodes and shots to ask him about.

Oh lord... I listen to so many good Trek podcasts and there are SO MANY MORE that I ... there just aren't enough hours in the day to keep up with all the good Trek pods.

I read that the writer thought the name was hilarious... to have all those Norse people shouting "Hail Schweitzer!" He thought it was definitely going to get changed in some rewrite but they never did take it out.

Yeah there are nice tidbits like that. Action Movie Trek is not my favorite flavor of Trek. But if that's what you are looking for, I think 2009 hit the mark.

Listen. I am certain I can't personally do better, but this was not the best season of Trek ever. It's a shame because we will get so few total season of SNW. I have higher hopes for the next season.

Thank you. That does help a bit. So I just need to understand now what features turn a general authoritarian into a totalitarian and what features distinguish a fascist from all other totalitarians.
