btw these electrolyte packets are a literal life saver for me

1000mg sodium, 0 sugar/cals, i have P0ŤŚ so it really helps me to like, not faint

but it's also *fantastic* for fasting

i'm so glad my roommate got a walking pad for christmas

i mean. she's never used it, bc she's always "too tired", so when she said "you can use it, at least it'll get used"

i've used it everyday since LMAO

started at 10mins at the slowest pace, and within 2 weeks i'm doing 30+mins at 1.8-;;
