Happy to report that I finally reached my target weight. Although I didnt reach my fat % goal, that's ok! Rather than doing into further deficit and eating away at what little muscle i have, is time to move onto to the next chapter of health!

My health journey (June 2023 - Today). If there is one key thing I learned through all this...Body Comp is King! 💪 As a sort of data nerd, it hits the spot for confirming whether what I'm doing is working as visually it's hard to tell day to day. 😊
