I’ve felt pretty down and not encouraged at all. The photos of people in the streets together have uplifted me. There has to be more that can be and must be done.

I found this in some of my old 45s today. This was not mine originally and I bought in the 80s. The relevancy to today versus then is stunning and frighteningly accurate.

Hubby texted me saying SNL should have Kimmel host and just blast or do on streaming. They won’t but what a great idea. Every Substack person, podcaster etc. should stand strong. Union needs to back their people/talent because a whole lot of people lost their jobs over a thin skinned incompetent.

Unbelievable to me that now with the National Guard activated in DC (waste of money) we have total unchecked power and nothing is done about it. We basically are living in a dictatorship. And people seem to be just fine with it. I’m glad I’m older because I don’t want to live 30 years like this.
