many kosraeans don't even bother to write the <Vc> row. i've also seen somebody replace it with <á ú>.

we taught this monkey to understand kosraean synchronic phonology and he also hanged himself. i have a suspicion that kosraean might in fact work like marshallese but nothing to back it up with except the curious existence of both velarized & labialized consonants w restricted occurrence
