And adding 3500 people to ISC controlled band lists does nothing about the racist arc of the Indian Act that will eventually extinguish our status if left unchecked. We need to do this ourselves and government needs to recognize our Section 35 rights to do so.

This is all still a colonial government making decisions on who is an Indian. Time for real change - FNs need to have their jurisdiction to determine who their citizens are fully recognized and fully funded.
