Istg they act like they’re the hardest working person here when they are, in fact, the laziest and most unreliable. They were an hour late yesterday and 1.5 hours late today. But of course they have no notable faults according to them 🙄

Then he asked them a very simple question that they should’ve known the answer to if they’d been doing the job correctly.

They didn’t know the answer.

I’m sure it wasn’t because they were glued to their phone the entire time or anything (it definitely was) 🙄

Thank you, I’ve already written down the details of what happened yesterday. There is so much more I could go on about their habits and behavior. If they worked at any other place I genuinely feel like they would’ve been fired already for other reasons. It sucks 🥲

That’s what I’m wondering. It’s a pattern of behavior I’ve noticed and things got so bad with another coworker he actually couldn’t stand it anymore and he ended up quitting as a result. I’m worried I may be their next target. We’ll see how long I last I suppose 😥

Idk I just feel weird now. Normally I don’t mind the vibes that my job offers and everyone is chill to me but this one person is always stirring the pot in there whether anyone realizes it or not. Part of me wishes they’d just quit so the rest of us could have some peace.
