This is very true, Chris. Firing people is very stressful on its own (for people, not so much for the companies). Labeling people as “worst performing” in addition to that is just killing them and their careers at least in the short-to-mid term

Well, I’m biased, of course, but building productivity tools with AI is possible. It’s pretty hard, yet possible. It just requires mental shift in how companies see AI. Usually, it’s new features they build ON TOP of their offering. Instead, AI should amplify and enhance the existing core offering.
