I know what you mean!! I've always been suss of Murdoch, commercial news etc, but I used to trust the ABC and now even that's gone...

I daresay the lawyers would have to go through it all too... Alot of very powerful men... in powerful positions
But I definitely agree they need to be named, held accountable etc... The victim survivors need acknowledgement and Justice

Legacy media has generally been pretty bad at covering what is going on in the US and how they are devolving into a fascist, authoritarian regime. This is important considering our so called 'shared values' and aukus. This will be interesting

Definitely. I know you've really got your head around this stuff (more than I do!) but I'm concerned at the way 'for profit' sneaks in and suddenly it isn't about strictly providing a service to fulfil a need .. like what's happening in aged care, NDIS etc.... I'm very very suss about it!!!

I was listening to Doug Cameron speak about housing and public housing recently through the Australian institute (? I have alot of brain fog) and he made so much sense.... I just fear that by not addressing inequality and housing we are heading down a similar path as the US, UK etc...

It just feels this is where our governments want to be, moving away from providing public housing... Community housing already charges more so of course for profit organisations want in... I can't say I'm surprised
