Oh crap, I didn't know that it was prostate cancer that got him. That's what I had. He was one of my favorite guitarists and I love his second solo album Dreamtime more than Television's Marquee Moon.

My grandfather was in the Air Force, stationed in London, and played a small role in that specific day being chosen for D-Day.

I would've loved to have had your husband's career. I grew up as an auto racing fan, Indy cars and Formula 1 (50+ years now), and I was a Journalism major in college.

I was 9 and watched that with my American History professor father and he told me I was witnessing history being made. We watched his farewell speech the next day.
