(12/12) I also noticed there’s some parental controls you can apply in game which is good imo. Provides a way to disable chat, emotes, etc. and they have to be disabled via pass code! Good to see something like this was implemented :)

(11/12) Dustin has a design closer to his G1 design for his in game pet design, which is interesting since all the other pets look exactly like their G3 toy counterparts

It’s not like object heels are a new thing for MH and I don’t want to see them go completely, G1s original run has some AMAZING ones, I just wanna see them done creatively too

Another example, these heels are a lever so still an object imo, but they’re done in such a good way that they elevate the outfit, they don’t take away from it #dollsky

The thing about object heels is they CAN be ton tastefully and pretty. The Bride has some of the best object heels Mattel has ever done, but they keep relying on them so heavily that it’s overdone and lackluster right now #dollsky

Also if they wanted to do object heels they should’ve just done the angel on both, it blends more with the look of the doll. The green is eye catching but that’s not always a good thing. It would have been cuter to make it an accessory imo #dollsky

Something to note is that Barbie gets 2 pages while MH shares a page with Descendants and Zombies in case anybody was wondering #dollsky

(9/?) by far the worst thing is the VIP system. You can either get 1 day VIP or 1 month, no permanent option and the 1 month is very expensive. Horrible system to have in a kids game but I’m not surprised

(7/?) the dialogue is horrible. It’s super hard to read and if someone else comes up and starts dialogue with the same NPC, the text overlaps and you can’t read what’s being said

(6/?) there’s a gacha system with the pets and it has that mythic pets stuff. Not a fan of gacha stuff like this but I didn’t see anything saying these are limited so at least there’s no fomo associated with

(5/?) the pet mechanics are straight up ripped from adopt me, which makes them fun but not really interesting. You just feed, water, etc. sometimes it helps with quests too tho
