Teacher training 3/4 yrs to qualify, then progression ~6/7yrs to be a headteacher. It takes a doctor 5 yrs med degree, 2 years foundation, then another 3-10 yrs to consultant depending on specialism. So Heads are not "hugely" experienced in comparison & not forked out £ks getting there like doctors

UK govt can not be "skint" or have an "empty wallet" because it has the Public Purse: the Bank of England, which *creates* £s out of thin air as it pays people/companies for goods & services as per Govt's instructions (by entering amounts into relevant accounts).
