WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE ANIME??

I'm curious to hear thoughts, mine is "A Silent Voice", and for TV series it's "Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End".

I've been re-reading Chainsaw Man Part 2 as of lately and I really like it. I honestly like the second part of Chainsaw man more than the first part, but it's not by a lot, both are amazing.

this song too. As the song winds down, Denji and Reze find themselves at a spot her manager told her about it. A spot perfect for seeing the fireworks be launched. After a bit of talk between the two, the fireworks get ready to be launched. And as the first one goes up into the air and explodes

It really is a 13. "slow summer's eve", spending the time together as if things are moving slow. The way they shot it actually made the scene feel like it was in slo motion, like Denji was taking in everything they were doing but also it being so blurred from all the stuff they did together

The rain is quiet, and we see it pan to different shots in the school, Aki and Angel in the car, Makima swaying her mug to the sounds .. Swaying her mug..?. Reze continues to sing, with no instruments to back her vocals, it's just her and the rain right now. It's sincere, and gorgeous.

The song constantly switches between the two different perspectives. It's calm but with a piano that feels it doesn't know what it's doing, just like how Denji doesn't know what he wants to do, asking Pochita for help. Meanwhile Reze is tumbling, trying to get away from the murderer following her.

I don't really have much to say about this one either other than it fits really nicely as they talk about their lives and what they enjoy in it, what they want from it, what they can't have from it. It's something that felt down to earth, the characters being so human with one another. I love it.

All you can do is just sit back and watch them enjoying the moment. Letting the music take over your thoughts, and the visuals your eyes. It's a moment of vulnerability, a moment of peace, a moment of love. There's nothing more beautiful to be said about it. "I'll teach you everything."

-ompanying it is just as beautiful. Two kids that have been abused by the system, one having lived to pay off a debt and manipulated into a new worklife and another a weapon built to serve their country, sharing a moment of peace and relief with each other. It's a moment in the story where we're

I haven't gone much into detail about the scenes themselves, but this one I really want to delve deeper in because I love how it's set up. I believe in the movie, we almost hard cut to this scene, seeing a distressed man wash his hands in a run-down public bathroom, illuminated by a green light.

-itself, but that's the point. Hayakawa doesn't trust devils, so he's not sure if this will work out, but Makima makes intriguing points and talks a lot about the Angel Devil's life and what he can do. I really like it, it's a super interesting piece and it fits it perfectly. (Amazing colouring too)

My favourite part of this track is definitely the change of pace at first. It sounds quite melodic and calm at the start, but then when Denji starts thinking and contemplating more, it's as if the funk takes over and he's ready to let loose, donating to charity and ... eating flowers ..

I really love this song, and the organic sounds of instruments being played really remind me of his work on A Silent Voice. The piece fits the scene so well, and I love how beautiful sounding it is. By the end of the song, it slowly transitions to them outside, talking about the movie.

When we see both of them sit down, the music slowly starts playing, as if it's apart of the scene that's being shown on the movie screen. Two people reuniting, just hugging each other without a word. Denji finally lets out a tear, not wanting to show Makima, yet as he turns around, she's crying too.

I especially love how when the song starts up, we get a slight sense of tension as it pans down to the floor to reveal who Denji's new partner is. After this, the song continues and keeps the same tempo relatively. I really like it and it's a fun way to start off the movie. LORD CHAINSAW!
