i have a prevailing theory that elder scrolls 6 is at this point bethesda's last chance because unfortunately starfield flopped tremendously with the fanbase and while i enjoyed fallout 4 it seemed to be... middling to most people

i was pretty sure shadow of the erdtree would end up taking GOTY not because i wanted it to but because the inclusion of a DLC on the GOTY list was such a mindmelt that i got tricked. astro bot's win was a highly pleasant surprise!
