if its a daily medication i reccommend using an app!! i use apples health app for reminders and it is the only reason i remember to take them!!!

but all jokes aside ive only worn this 2/3 times since it arrived and i just?????? the pieces were clearly made seperately and were SO poorly sewn together which for £70 is embarrassing!!!!! you can see the loops they didnt bother doing anything with like🥲☠️
